Does Happy! season 2 end on a cliff hanger?

Does Happy! season 2 end on a cliff hanger? - Tropical coast of endless ocean

I've just finished watching season 1 of Happy! And it's ended in a good place. I've heard that season 3 was cancelled, does season 2 end on a cliffhanger? (No spoilers please!)

Best Answer

As you heard the rumours are true, the show was cancelled for bad ratings likely (apparently 50~% drop in viewership) also a 14 month gap between seasons didn’t help.

The ending of season 2 (and points from season 1) set things up to make season 3 a probably very wacky season indeed.

Official Announcements and Release Date of HAPPY Season 3 Nick and Happy weren't very happy with the news and so was the audience. Does Happy have an ending?

Why did they cancel Happy?

Both series will be shopped by their respective studios. Sources say Happy, produced by Universal Content Productions, had a lot of fans in-house and the cancellation was a tough decision to make, but the show's ratings made bringing it back impossible.

Does the five end on a cliffhanger?

No leaving cliffhangers at the end of the 1st series to leave it open for a 2nd. None of this 'oh well you've got to get through the first 2 seasons, but then it gets good, honestly'. Just a perfect one off series which is rounded off properly and if anything moves a little too quickly.
