Which canon is Constantine: City of Demons part of?

I have not seen Constantine: City of Demons yet but I heard contradictory reports that it's a part of Arrowverse or DC Animated Movie Universe.

In both canons Matt Ryan plays the part of Constantine. In Arrowverse he plays the role and in DC Animated Movie Universe he voices the character in Justice League Dark.

So is there any official final word on it? Which canon is it from?

It uses the same artstyle (to the point of using the same character model for John) and it lines up with the movies. It's certainly not Arrowverse canon.
