Do we ever see Joey's parents?

Do we ever see Joey's parents? - From above blackboard in wooden frame with white text on center under medical mask against black background

I remember Friends episodes with the parents of Monica and Ross. Chandler's parents also showed up in the early seasons, and there was a whole arc about Phoebe's mother. Rachel's parents also appear in multiple episodes.

I can't remember any episode with Joey's parents. Some featured Joey's sisters, but I can't recall if his dad/mom showed up in any of them.

Do Joey's dad and mom appear in any Friends episodes?

Best Answer

Indeed, in Episode 13- The One with the Boobies, Joey discovers his father (Joey Tribbiani Senior, played by Robert Costanzo) has a mistress and intervenes, forcing him to tell his wife, later in the episode, Joey's mother (Gloria Tribiani, played by Brenda Vaccaro) shows up furious at Joey, as she already knew about the mistress and because of it he would treat her better out of guilt.

Did any Friends cast appear Joey?

It was most likely due to cost and the rest of the cast were busy on other projects. The closest the show got to a cameo was David Schwimmer directing two episodes.

Does Joey get a happy ending?

Joey was the only one single at the end of Friends, and he later met a special someone in his spin-off series \u2013 but he didn't get married. Joey Tribbiani was the one character in Friends who never had a committed relationship, and even though he was single when the series ended, he eventually found the right partner.
